RULES

-Anyone under the age of 18 must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian and be supervised by an adult 21 or over

-All racer entries will sign insurance waiver provided

-Everyone is to stay inside the Thunder Mountain Park marked boundaries, Spectators are to keep outside of flagged/marked off areas, 

-Speed limit is 10km/h except in designated areas - Zero tolerance

-Restraints and seatbelts must be worn at all times (this includes drivers and passengers)

-Absolutely no fighting or aggressive behavior

-No Pets. No Exceptions.

-No open alcohol 

-Gate hours vary on event days, space is not open to the public only on designated event days.

-No Glass, fireworks, dirt bikes, quads, 3 wheelers, weapons or chainsaws

-Please don't litter

-Propane campfires are allowed during low risk fire seasons, during high risk fire season there will be no burning of any kind

-Quite time from 11pm to 7am

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service  to any applicant, team, competitor, entrant, participant, or any other person, to any event for any reason. Anyone endangering themselves or the safety of those around them and/or not complying with above rules will be escorted off the property.

**Please be aware that it is not our goal to prevent anyone from racing, it is our goal to uphold the highest level of safety. And to provide the safest environment for our racers, staff, volunteers, and spectators.
